{"id":6842,"date":"2026-02-11T10:21:41","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T06:21:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jazirahaviationclub.com\/aviation\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=6842"},"modified":"2026-02-11T10:22:10","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T06:22:10","slug":"flight-instructor-2","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/jazirahaviationclub.com\/aviation\/jobs\/flight-instructor-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Flight Instructor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Flight Instructor (FI)<\/strong> <strong>is responsible for conducting<\/strong> <strong>flight training and related ground instruction<\/strong> <strong>in accordance with the <\/strong><strong>approved training syllabus<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>ensuring students achiev<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong><strong> the <\/strong><strong>r<\/strong><strong>equired<\/strong> <strong>knowledge, skill, and safety standards<\/strong> <strong>as per GCAA regulations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Flight Instruction Duties<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct dual flight instruction in accordance with the approved training syllabus<\/li>\n<li>Deliver pre-flight briefings, post-flight debriefings, and ground instruction related to flight training<\/li>\n<li>Train students in normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures<\/li>\n<li>Supervise student solo flights as authorized<\/li>\n<li>Assess student progress and recommend advancement or remedial training<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate student training records and logbooks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Pilot Duties<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate company aircraft safely for training, operational, and positioning flights<\/li>\n<li>Ensure aircraft are operated within approved limitations and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure aircraft serviceability<\/li>\n<li>Comply with operational manuals, checklists, and flight procedures<\/li>\n<li>Report technical defects, incidents, and safety concerns as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Safety Responsibilities<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with the organization&#8217;s Safety Management System (SMS).<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report hazards, incidents, and occurrences.<\/li>\n<li>Stop training if unsafe conditions exist.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive safety culture among students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><u>Documentation &amp; Records<\/u><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate student training records, logbooks, and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and on time.<\/li>\n<li>Report student progress, deficiencies, and recommendations to the Chief Flight Instructor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>License &amp; Ratings<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL)<\/li>\n<li>Flight Instructor (CFI) endorsement<\/li>\n<li>Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Experience<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1000 total flight hours<\/li>\n<li>Navigation experience as required by FI course syllabus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested candidates may send their resumes to hr@jazav.ae.
