Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Design, deliver, and continuously improve aviation theory courses covering aerodynamics, navigation, meteorology, air law, human performance, and operational procedures.
\nDevelop structured lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with international aviation authority standards (FAA\/EASA\/GCAA).
\nEvaluate student performance through examinations, progress reports, and one-on-one coaching.
\nInspire and mentor aspiring pilots, fostering discipline, professionalism, and safety culture.<\/p>\n

Pilot Operations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Conduct flight operations with precision, adhering to company SOPs and aviation regulations.
\nPerform thorough pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and risk assessments.
\nExecute flights safely and efficiently, ensuring passenger and crew confidence.
\nCollaborate with operations and maintenance teams to guarantee aircraft readiness.
\nUphold the highest standards of airmanship, professionalism, and safety.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span>
\nValid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)<\/strong> with appropriate ratings.
\nCertified Ground Instructor or equivalent aviation teaching qualification.
\nMinimum 850 OR 1000+ flight hours with a proven safety record.
\nStrong knowledge of aviation theory, regulatory frameworks, and instructional methodologies.
\nExceptional communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
\nAbility to balance instructional duties with operational flying responsibilities.<\/p>\n
