Key Responsibilities:
Design, deliver, and continuously improve aviation theory courses covering aerodynamics, navigation, meteorology, air law, human performance, and operational procedures.
Develop structured lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with international aviation authority standards (FAA/EASA/GCAA).
Evaluate student performance through examinations, progress reports, and one-on-one coaching.
Inspire and mentor aspiring pilots, fostering discipline, professionalism, and safety culture.
Pilot Operations
Conduct flight operations with precision, adhering to company SOPs and aviation regulations.
Perform thorough pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and risk assessments.
Execute flights safely and efficiently, ensuring passenger and crew confidence.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to guarantee aircraft readiness.
Uphold the highest standards of airmanship, professionalism, and safety.
Qualifications:
Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with appropriate ratings.
Certified Ground Instructor or equivalent aviation teaching qualification.
Minimum 850 OR 1000+ flight hours with a proven safety record.
Strong knowledge of aviation theory, regulatory frameworks, and instructional methodologies.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Ability to balance instructional duties with operational flying responsibilities.
